Fad-Free allows you to leave the fad diets and quick fixes behind. In this 8-week, self-paced course you'll work on building more positive habits and behaviours around food, as well as understanding the reasons for your weight gain and learning how to move past them.

Watch the videos whenever suits you, then have a go at the tasks in the Course Manual - enjoy! Give yourself time for things to sink in and to practise doing things differently. And most importantly - be kind! You can't fail, or get this wrong. Whatever changes you make are all fantastic and help you move further away from that yo-yo cycle.
