After years of yo-yo dieting, losing then gaining the same weight (and maybe more), you're ready to leave that cycle behind and try a gentler, more lasting approach to weight loss.

Fad-Free allows you to leave the fad diets and quick fixes behind. In this 8-week, self-paced course you'll work on building more positive habits and behaviours around food, as well as understanding the reasons for your weight gain and learning how to move past them.

Of course, you set your own timetable, so take as long as you need. It's great to have you here, welcome to your new start!
