"Great space, really nice vibes, really helpful."

"Warm & friendly environment... Great content for a day of self-awareness."

Food & You is a one-day workshop (9:00am-5:00pm) near Droxford (Hampshire) in the beautiful South Downs, designed to help you improve negative eating behaviours* that might be holding you back from feeling your best.

During the day you'll experience advice, community, coaching exercises, hands-on demonstrations and practical ways to improve a troublesome relationship with food, all facilitated by me, nutrition coach Kate.

* I'm not qualified to help people with eating disorders. Please seek support from a GP and from the charity BEAT if you feel that might be you.

It's for anyone aged over 18 who has had issues with diet, weight loss or their relationship with food and wants to move towards something happier. All are welcome.

Where does Food & You take place?

At my home in Soberton, Hampshire (what3words: departure.recorder.decisive)

What should I bring?

We'll be outside for some of the day if the weather allows, so you might need warm clothes, a jacket, outdoor shoes, hat, sun cream... Bring slippers if you like for inside, whatever makes you feel comfortable! You'll also need an example of a food that you find hard to eat in moderation, for our mindful eating session.

What about dietary requirements?

No problem, I'll be in touch after booking so you can let me know any special requirements. Sorry, the venue is neither nut-free nor gluten-free.

How many people will be there?

The day is limited to 8 places so that you can feel nurtured, listened to and comfortable.
